FAQS 1- Do I need a Google Ads account?

This is the first frequently asked question which everybody have. The answer is yes, you should have your own account. If you don’t have an account don’t worry, the app can create a new one during installation process.

 

FAQS 2-Do I need Shopify collections?

Yes, but in case that you don’t have them, the app will request permission to create hidden collections with products categories.

 

FAQS 3-Which languages are allowed?

We are currently able to create Google Ads campaigns in English, Spanish, Greek, French, Italian, and Portuguese. 

 

FAQS 4-Is it free?

Yes, Clever Google Ads App is totally free, for now, so do not hesitate to try it.

FAQS 5-I have multiple shops, should I create multiple Adwords accounts?

The answer is: Definitely!

This way you can have all the metrics of each shop separated. It will be much easier for you to gather performance information about each of your shop.

 

FAQS 6-I’m having troubles with the installation of the app, what should I do?

In that case, contact with [email protected].

 

FAQS 7-It is taking more time than expected to get my campaigns done, what can I do?

Sometimes, when your shop has a large inventory it can take a little bit more of time (not always) for us to complete your campaigns. Please be patient, we will contact with you as soon as your campaigns are ready.

 

FAQS 8-How do I know when my campaigns are ready?

This email will also contain the banners that we have created for your Display campaigns, general information about your campaigns and a Wordcloud with the keywords that we have used to create your campaigns.

 

FAQS 9-have received an email from Google warning me about some rejected ads, what should I do?

No work from your side. Sometimes, the filters of Adwords does not work correctly and there are cases that a well-made ad is rejected.

Our software will warn your account manager about this situation and he will immediately proceed to fix it (contacting with Google or making minor changes)

 

FAQS 10-How much should I spend on Adwords?

It totally depends on your business and industry but here you have some usefull tips to figure out your starting budget on Adwords.

 

FAQS 11-How can I change the budget of my campaigns?

There are 2 ways of changing the budget of the campaigns that we made for you, the first and easiests to go to our app dashboard and use the budget setting slider.

The second option is going to your adwords account and changing the budget manually on your Google Ads account

 

FAQS 12-Is the budget for all the campaigns or for each campaign?

Our campaigns are all under the shared budget: “CleverPPC Shared Budget”. This means that you are only spending the budget that you have selected for all the campaigns.

For example, we have created for you 5 campaigns under our shared budget and you have chosen a budget of 30$. This means that you are only spending 30$ per day for all these campaigns (not 30$ for each campaign)

 

FAQS 13-How can I edit the campaigns that you made for me?

Google does not allow us to make changes on campaigns through our app dashboard, but you have 2 choices:

  1. Making the changes manually on your Google Ads account
  2. Send an email to your account manager telling him the things you want to change, he can also give you a feedback about the changes and how to improve it!

 

FAQS 14-Can I add more keywords after the creation of the campaigns?

Yes, contact your account manager and he will help you make any changes.

 

FAQS 15-How do I get information about my campaigns?

You have multiple choices to get information about your campaigns. Our app dashboard provides the basic metrics of your campaigns, such as impressions, clicks, conversions…

You can also log into your Google Ads account to get more detailed metrics.

Don’t forget that you can also contact your account manager to ask for information regarding your campaigns.

 

FAQS 16-What happens if I include more products/collections after creation?

Adding new products and collections is only available for premium users, but contact with your personal account manager in order to get help
